Heather is extremely unprofessional and has little boundaries with clients. She is constantly late or cancels appointments at the last minute with hard to believe excuses. She has a high staff turnover rate and as a client I have witnessed her treating her staff poorly. Don’t waste your money!

My experience was very different than the phony ones which were obviously submitted by the same person who apparently has a grudge against Heather. She was always prompt, never cancelled and maintained appropriate boundaries throughout my treatment. She was an immense help! Highly recommended.

This practice targets vulnerable people in crisis who can afford self-pay. A beautiful building with garden & meditation room masks unprofessional tactics. Pressure to increase sessions & join group therapy. She's FREQUENTLY late or no-shows at last SECOND for "reasons" which became so elaborate they were unbelievable. You're left with inexperienced interns running sessions. CONSTANT staff turnover. Ask questions: you are guilted or scolded. Read up on ethics & protect yourself. Not recommended!

Heather has a habit of cancelling her appointments at the last minute and shows up to appointments late all the time. She has never gone over any type of treatment plan with specific goals and seems to just want to keep a client coming every week indefinitely.

Always late and often cancels and maybe reschedules her appointments. She is very concerned about money and will do anything to keep you coming in every week even if it is not necessary or if you can't afford it. Her practice does not take insurance. She also cancels group sessions frequently. She is also inappropriate with her clients when it comes to boundaries. Do not be sucked into her pretend kindness and friendship. Things are very unorganized here! Her staff also often do not last long.
