She is kind and caring and takes extra time if needed. I have been seeing her at MCPN for years and I always look forward to my visits. She also sees my granddaughters and they love her too!

I have found over three years with dealing with Heather Kelly for her to not hear what the patient is saying. She just throws medicine at anything that she thinks will work for you. She does not take into consideration your issues and what you're saying. She changes what you say into what she wants it to be. I've been dealing with the same issue without an MRI or 3 years and have pain management not managed properly. Had to pay for my em up my own MRI just to find out that I have back problems .
