I went to Heather for my first Medicare visit. I was supposed to get the following I took from the Medicare site. During the visit, you and your staff will: Record and evaluate your patient’s medical and family history, current health conditions and prescriptions; check blood pressure, visual acuity, weight, height and body mass index; Make sure your patient is up-to-date with preventive services; provide referrals for further preventive measures, depending on the patient’s general health and medical history; and provide a written plan or checklist outlining additional preventive services such as cancer screenings, flu shots, certain vaccines and diabetes tests. NONE of this was offered to me by Heather except a blood pressure check!! When I asked her about a health concern she told me she would address that at my physical. I told her Medicare does not cover physicals but she ignored me. She billed Medicare for this visit where she did not give me the care she was supposed to!!
