Had a concerning spot so moved up my yearly visit. They got me right in and Heather did a thorough exam, found another spot to biopsy and did a painless biopsy of that spot. She knows what every spot in the skin is. Great PA. Won’t go anywhere else.

I started having very concerning issues with alopecia and Heather cared for me with the utmost professionalism and empathy. She instituted a treatment protocol and regrowth was successful. Her care for me was outstanding, and I highly recommend her.

Very good. I have been seeing her for several years and have been impressed with her counsel and examinations. She is thorough in her examinations. In her latest exam she found a small melanoma on my arm. She will also be doing the surgery to remove it. I have much confidence in her counsel and skill level and believe she will do a good job. She is personable and answers all questions, and is very knowledgeable in her field. What better physician to leave my life in her hands.

Heather help me when “alopecia totalis”, struck and I lost all of my hair. Heather not only administered successful treatments ( and on going treatments ) she provided excellent care, kindness and humor during the balding episodes. Wonderful staff, easy to locate office & get appointments too.

Heather is amazing!! I had so many issues with my skin, and she has completely changed my life! She found spots that previous dermatologists paid no mind to, and thank goodness she did because a few were cancerous! No telling what could have happened had she not found those and removed them. Not only is she very thorough, extremely intelligent, but she's so incredibly kind, along with everyone else in her office. I feel so lucky to have found her! I highly recommend, if I could leave 10 stars I would. I refer all of my friends and family to her, and will continue to do so.

Not professional and lack of bedside manner.

I had been misdiagnosed by my MD as having athletes foot, but my condition was getting worse and worse. Dr. Howell took a look and diagnosed my issue immediately. She put me on the correct medication and it worked great. She is very nice and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend her. Her staff was very nice as well.

I cannot say enough good things about Heather. She has truly changed my skin. I used to have horrible psoriasis and I am now completely clear. She is extremely thorough and listens. She sat down with me and explained everything so I could understand. I felt at ease during my visit and felt like she didn't just treat me as another patient. I could tell she cared, which is rare to find. I feel lucky to have found her.

Horrible. No help with skin issue. I do not recommend.
