She explained about steroid injections, possible benefits, risks. But she explained that they won't address the structural problems. She was honest as to what injections might do, but won't help the underlying problems

When I actually saw them, they were fine - kind, professional, knowledgeable. However, I had been terribly put off by them sending forms to be filled out. That information should have just been asked during the consultation visit. They need to just talk to a patient. It's hard to describe pain on paper.

Heather was very nice. Very professional and thorough. Eventhough she knew I am a nurse as well, she explained everything tp myself and my husband so well. (I don't usually tell people I'm a nurse because they tend to skim over information, assuming I already know it) Heather answered all my questions and did a very complete focused examination. After the consultation, we proceeded to continue with a treatment plan that would require an injection. She made sure to have Dr. Matrix come in to meet me as well since he will be done the procedure. He was very nice as well, and asked if I had any further questions. The providers in the office 10 of 1p excellent.

She was nice and professional - just didn't have any solution for me so just passed me back to my surgeon and said to do the best I could to use what little I had available to get by!

Heather went over results of MRI and the possibility of Kyphoplasty. She took great care to address my concerns and pain level.

After all these months of finally getting a consult March 15th my appointment for procedure isn't until May 1st. Long time to wait for RELIEF!

She went through it really quickly. And acted like I knew everything she was talking about. I was going to ask questions but with her body language I felt like I was being judged because of my size. So I had a friend who does them and she explained it to me.
