I would look for other options if available
During my visit I felt that Heather was putting blame back on me because she couldn’t figure out my issue. When I questioned her, I felt like she was offended. This is not the behavior I needed when I was needing medical help. I could see her frustration grow, and it made the visit awkward. It was my opinion she was not caring enough dealing with a patient that needed help.The office ladies were very kind. There was a stark difference between Heather and her staff.
