Although I was nervous at first when talking with the Doctor, I relaxed and was able to get many questions answered. I was very impressed with the quality and care I received by the Doctor and her staff. My family is also very happy, as I don't need to turn the TV up so loud and can hear what they are saying. I am very pleased with the brand of Hearing Aids I received and would recommend Sierra Nevada Hearing Aid Center.

I saw Dr. Dean re: obtaining a specific type of hearing aid for single sided deafness due to surgery. I was informed that she doesn't carry that type of hearing aid & that I would need to contact the hearing aid co to find a provider. I did, & asked her for a referral to a different Dr. that does carry that particular type. She refused to send me a referral to the other Dr. despite just seeing me, & would not provide an answer as to why. Just refused, w/no explanation. Very unhelpful overall.
