Heather Listened carefully to my questions, concerns and symptoms. She addressed all of them carefully and then asked if she had missed anything. She also encouraged me to call if I had additional questions or concerns after I left. Her recommendations felt appropriate to My health concerns

Great care
I’ve been being cared for by Heather Collins for 4 years. She is very knowledgeable and treats all of you in relation to your health issues. Open to all therapeutic options. Very thorough and effective treatment. Has kept me able to cope with both cervical and lumbar spine issues. Works right along with the surgeon if that avenue is necessary.

Heather Collins is extraordinarily gifted In knowledge of human body, it’s nervous and skeletal system, and how they work, or don’t work together as intended. She listensl, thoroughly explores causes, explains well, and suggests treatment options to help. Heather is approachable, empathetic and hoed “ extra mile” to help.

Meeting Heather Collins for first time.
My husband recommended Heather Collins. (We recently moved to Minneapolis from Savannah, GA, and are in process of building our medical team.) So it was with relief that we found Heather at the Spine Center. My husband and myself were each diagnosed with T-12 compression fractures and Heather’s professional, medical knowledge has been assuring during this challenging time.

Great Care
Heather has seen to my care for a number of years. I’m extremely satisfied with the her knowledge, the ease of our conversation, the time she gives me for our visits & the empathy she shows me. Excellent PA!
Most thorough medical visit I’ve had. Ms Collins first took time to question me regarding symptoms and took notes! Then she reviewed my X-rays and lumbar MRI explaining exactly what she was seeing. After that she did a hands on physical exam. She made a plan for further procedures to determine the cause of my pain. Although prior MD did not think my hip was involved, she ordered a hip MRI which I have now had. And yes there appears to be hip involvement. Am still following with her and have hopes after 4 months of pain that a solution may be in sight. Definitely would recommend her.
