Zero stars isn’t possible. I had to give 1.
We’ll since I can’t get an appointment for over a month. I’ve been a patient for 10+ years. I can say every aspect of this office is pathetic. Your told go to ER rather than them helping you. I was told by scheduler they book 30 patients a day per provider. It’s terrible health care. Heather is my provider but she’s booked 30 days out and there still taking new patients??

Rude, abrasive, and does not listen
The title says it all. Went in for my annual checkup and everything felt very rushed. She was very short when answering questions, talked at me as if I had no intellectual capacity whatsoever, completely ignored or readily dismissed things I had said to her, and rushed out the door almost as quickly as she came in.
