Heather really took time and listened

I had an appointment with Heather for a physical. I asked if I could get my ears cleaned as well at the appointment, before this happened she asked if I wanted a flu shot and I said absolutely not I hadn't received one in almost 15 years and the last time I got one I got sick 3 times and haven't gotten the flu since to which she told me 'That's impossible' as if I was lying. She then forgot to clean my ears and also refused to give me a prescription for my ADD even though I sent over all documentation that I've been prescribed and she asked for my original test documents - excuse me? How in the world is someone supposed to keep track of documents from when their 18 and have moved around for work continuously and is now 30 years old. Yet she's trying to force flu shots on people.. TERRIBLE experience.

I had 3 appointments with Mrs. Blair during 2022 and 2023.I often felt that she was pursuing her own narrative rather than addressing my concerns. Should you visit Heather, be prepared for a sullen and judgemental provider.
