The front office is so rude. They all seem like they hate being here and could really careless about the patients. The 1st appointment they gave me was for 2 weeks out and the front office calls me the day before to say my insurance was not going to cover it, she did not provide a reason why said she would not call the insurance and I need to do that. I called got it fixed & call back and she said it would need to get verified and would take at least 48 hours, due to this issue I had to split m
