Harriett Smith-McKinney, PA-C

Harriet W. Smith is the absolute worst. She made me feel more uncomfortable than any other doctor I've seen before. My 1st appointment with Harriet, her and another nurse could be heard making fun of and mocking me right outside my room, apparently not realizing how thin the walls are. My 2nd (and last) appointment i wound up in tears while trying to explain to her my concerns. Looking at me like i was an idiot the entire time, she also made it clear that she didn't believe the amount of research I did before my appointment. When I finished she just sat there and looked at me not saying a word . When she finally did speak, it was clear she was mad at how prepared I was and that she didn't get to play doctor. Informing me that I gave her too much information (seriously) about my symptoms, and doctors want to be the ones who figure out what I need. she tried (and failed) to twist my words around and/or prove me wrong. I recommend she take classes on how to treat her patients .

I had tests done and they did not have the results and they said it would take too long to find them. They called the lab that took them and had them faxed to there offices.

Dr. Harriet is very gentle, he talks to you while he is doing the procedure. He let's you know step by step what he is about to do and what to expect. Dr. Harriet is VERY professional. I like him a lot.
