Hands down the best therapist I have ever seen. Patient & supportive beyond belief (I was a tough cookie I think!), she really helped guide me towards understanding myself so I could see more clearly what I was doing wrong and get out of repetitive cycles and negative habits. She is quick to see the good in other people and to help you do the same. She will believe in you even when you're having a tough day. I've seen dozens of counselors over the years - she is truly amazing at what she does.
