I saw Harold a few times a few years ago, and still feel deeply harmed from the sessions I had with him. He claims to provide trauma-informed care, but I did not not experience this. He pushed me to discuss experiences that I was not ready to share, and completely undermined my emotions and reactions to them. I felt very unsupported and ashamed during my time with him - I would not recommend Harold to anyone who has been through traumatic experiences who needs someone to support them, be patient, and take them seriously.
