Been waiting 4 hours and my prescription still hasn't been sent. I've called every number that is linked with hamzat and no one can forward me to him. The number on this profile is a waste of time. I've gone to two different pharmacies that they claim sent the prescription to with no luck. This person is extremely slow and unreliable.

Found NP Oshun through Doctor Alexa. I have a tooth infection, but I’m visiting in Colorado and can’t get to my dentist. NP Oshun sent in a prescription for an antibiotic within minutes of my submitting the form. I appreciate his help so much! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I was ignored along with refusing to speak with me
After treatment, I request a doctor's note calling for days and emailing and I was ignored along with refusing to speak with me. After two days of calling 6-7 times daily, I received my Doctor's note with the wrong dates and I was told 10.00 for a doctor's note When I paid my doctor's note with the wrong date they blame me for it and charged 20.00 for a doctors note with the wrong dates, not cool
