She thinks I have the wrong person but I don't. She may not see patients regularly now (thank god) but she did while at The Medical Center of Plano.

Unprofessional. Dishonest. Insensitive. Should not be allowed to see patients. Hearing her name is one of the causes PTSD flashbacks.
