Very skilled therapist. Explains the exercise, why it is being done, what areas it affects and the perceived outcome. Sends videos of follow up exercises to be done at home. Very through approach.

Unbelievably rude staff. Having scheduling issues trying to work out treatment for my painful shoulder and I was hung up on in two minutes.
