Gretchen Kohsmann

She took extra steps to get us information for out father to obtain resources for care at home and in the community. She gave us VA contact information. Gretchen also met us in our home to save us from packing dad up to go into the office.Later she continued to contact us weekly to assure we obtained promised information and resources. She was able to get us clothing, food, home goods to assist with dads care. When our dad passed away, Gretchen was there to greet us, guide us through the process of gaining benefits after his death, contacting family and funeral arrangements. She was so valuable and life saving to our family. Nothing she did will ever be forgotten and will always be remember. She is what Nursing should be about.
