Extremely helpful, informative and encouraging. I attended Dr Hinrichsen for my chronic insomnia. I was sceptical of the program but to my amazement it worked. I continue to improve. I have the odd bad nighr usually my own fault but with my newly aquired knowledge and understanding I get back on track again.
