Our Optometrist for about 25 years
My Wife and I have been going to Dr. Dixon for about 25 years and the experience is always very rewarding. We have always found Dr. Dixon and his stall professional and friendly.Dr. Dixon is always professionally thorough and is willing to explain the testing and results; stated another way, he is very personable…willing to listen and answer questions.If you are seeking an Optometrist, we highly recommended him.

I was accompanied by a friend to the office. I’m a new client who gave info via phone. When I got there, Alyssa told me right off the bat that I gave them a wrong VSP number. She wanted me to give her a new number without adding “please” to her questions. Being new to VSP, I asked her how do I get another number aside from the one on my card. She did not even compare the number she had to my card. What if I mistakenly had missed a number or two on the phone. She was so accusatory she made me feel like I was trying to cheat or deceive them. I told her she is rude. That I don’t like the way she is behaving. I left in the parking lot, my friend told me I already noticed her attitude even before you said something. The worst part is Dixon defended that attitude. No wonder it’s so easy to get an appt with them compared to Culpeper Eye & Associates it takes a month before I got an appt. With Dixon I got an appt the following day!

Dr. Dixon is a fantastic optometrist! I have been to many others before finding Dr. Dixon's office and simply couldn't find someone who I felt really spent time listening to my own eye concerns. Seeing Dr. Dixon is a custom experience because he take great care to ensure that you are satisfied before leaving his office. I would recommend anyone to Dr. Dixion who considers them selves a medical patient and not a medical consumer. Dr. Dixon is upfront even if its not what you want to hear.
