Who are they talking about?
Reading the reviews above I wouldn't know who this person is. I have had nothing but a good experience with Pain and Spine Specialists. I see Dr Greg Hites. He's very personable and pleasant to talk to. The staff there is so friendly and easy to deal with. I have experience nothing but good there. I kept looking at the top to make sure the name of the Doctor was right.

Provider? More like Providerp
Just an awful Murse Practitioner. He’s been my provider for awhile and has always been insufferable. He demanded I call him Dr even though I’m not comfortable calling someone who couldn’t make it through medical school doctor. I heard the front desk staff talking about how he’s had a few concussions recently and I’m worried he doesn’t have the mental capacity to “practice” medicine at this point. Prior to these brain injuries Nurse Practioner Hites could barely string together a coherent sentence but at my most recent appointment I caught him wiping drool from the corner of his mouth multiple times. I’ve felt so bad I’ve started calling him Dr. Hites, kind of like Lenny from Of Mice and Men. Needles to say I will be requesting a new provider.

I have been going to Dr. Hites for a little while, I just found out that he has been lying to me and is lying in my file. There are serious issues here. Stay away from Neuroflow. I don't want to see this happen to anyone else. Also, many times I'm scheduled with Dr. Hites and receive another RN without prior notice. Will be reporting to appropriate authorities. BEWARE!!!

I was a model patient going on for four and a half years and several years no issues no problem I would bring gifts talk about families I would also bring breakfast bring donuts lunch for the office everything was always great then I get a video conference called and told that I will no longer be seen that I failed 5 * was never told I even failed once and why would I feel I only take what I was given I have all the all the burns on my chest from the fentanyl patches and was told I wasn't taking them which was a complete lie on their part after trying to talk to the doctor numerous times the answering girls the staff would laugh on the phone like it was funny and don't care so basically Doctor Gregory Heights will ruin your life he acts like he cares and then completely cut you off and with crohn's disease I am in a constant state of pain I have all the proof I need documented specialist and the ER visits that are so constant or how about the fact losing over 45 lbs in a month

This guy is HORRIBLE left my 83 year old mother who has chronic pain from a botched back operation and recent hip replacement hanging with no pain management. or even a notice of such. Stay away from this guy and Pain and Spine Specialists of PA. We are filing complaints with both the state attorney general and the licensing board about he and his boss. STAY AWAY FROM BOTH!
