Lied about VA disability claim appointment
This physician had a call with a veteran for a disability claim. He reported that it was a No Show. The evaluation took place via teleconference, "Your QTC Telemedicine Appointment Your appointment is scheduled for Friday July 22, 1:00 PM CDT with Dr. GREG HIROKAWA. In order to achieve the most optimal experience, please follow the guidance below. Day of your Scheduled Session" The telemedicine appointment link was provided and joined by the veteran and his son. This misinformation has caused delay and rescheduling issues. What a disservice to what is life determining decision for someone's existence. He should not service anyone especially if your life depends on it.

Had a predetermined conclusion to my evaluation - did not listen and made several assumptions that did not coincide with what I was saying. Left his office angrier than I walked in. Shrugged his shoulders when I asked about solutions / getting help.
