Grayson Nichols, LCSW

Grayson Nichols is the most unhelpful therapist I have ever had. She gave me no strategies, all she did was say “oops, sorry, that must be hard.” I left each session feeling completely unsatisfied, with nothing I felt could actually help me. She is cold-hearted and detached and I never once got the feeling she ever cared about me as a person- only money. Additionally, I felt like she was staring at the clock the entire time, counting the seconds until our session would end. She even cut our sessions short most of the time. Don’t waste your time. Find yourself a caring, compassionate therapist that truly tries to emotionally connect with you.

Grayson is the most uncaring, cold hearted therapist my family and I have ever met. Additionally she charges an astronomical amount of money, comes late to appointments (with no apology), double books, doesn’t call or write back, and didn’t even know how to teach our 16 year old daughter, with an anxiety disorder, how to deep breath. I could continue for quite some time, but do yourself a favor and just find a caring and competent therapist, we did.....and all is well. Good luck.
