Grace West, PA

I went to the Billings Clinic to see my 79-year-old mother and provide some respite for my father. My mother had years of poor health and had already been to hospitals in Missoula and a rehab clinic in Roundup before being transferred to Billings Clinic when her gal blatter ruptured. Grace gave us time to talk through the treatment, the prognosis, and expectations for recovery. She was empathetic, listening to and answering our questions. We always felt we were in good hands. Grace identified some additional issues and had specialists brought in. Unfortunately, my mother was not going to recover from her deficit health condition. Through Grace's council, we shifted to a comfort care path. We had time to bring in key family members to say goodbye, and while sad, we were able to enjoy her final hours under the comfort and care of Grace and the good nurses at the Billings Clinic.
