Our whole family goes to Dr Penn. He is terrific. He is courteous, kind, caring, and professional. We have been patients of his for over 15 years now and he is very special. You never have to wait long to see him with appt. Seeing him outside of his office, he is always pleasant. We will continue to be patients of his for years to come.
