This provider left me off my meds for several weeks without refilling them. I didn’t know why she wouldn’t refill my meds until today when I went to leave her a review and saw there was a one star review there. It was a mistake and I wish she had just asked me about it. Instead she decided to be wicked and leave me off my meds. Very awful to do to someone. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
