I went to Glennon for neurofeedback treatment for migraine headaches, which was very helpful. The "side effects" of the treatment were the equivalent of good psychotherapy. I consistently left more focused and less anxious and feeling better able to take on the challenges and stressors in my life. I'm in a state where I now need more traditional therapy and am going back to her for it. This time, I'm looking forward to getting the headache relief as the "side effect."
