She was incredibly rude, wouldn’t listen to my symptoms, told me my UA was perfect when it was in fact not at all and sent me on my way without any help. I basically left in tears from how she treated me. I was having kidney pain and she completely blew off all of my symptoms. I will absolutely not go back to the urgent care in an attempt to avoid her. It costs nothing to treat kind patients with kindness.
