Immediately walking in, my first time there, I was very impressed with the staff. I felt very comfortable. The nurse that took my vitals was very thorough and yet I felt comfortable. In meeting with Glenna, I immediately felt relaxed. She was thorough and took her time to answer my questions. I did not feel like I was being just another $, but that I was a patient.
