I saw Glenda for several months and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Her focus on mental & phsyical techniques was very grounding and practical, and I appreciated her down-to-earth approach. I really feel a difference in my daily life because of her help... she's also just genuinely pleasant to talk to! Although I'm Cis myself and didn't have gender issues I needed to address through therapy she was completely understanding and seemed knowledgeable and accepting of my Partner's non-binary identity, which was important to me when seeking a therapist. I absolutely recommend her!
