She was constantly trying to push me out because of my insurance but offered no help to find me someone else. I’m not even sure why she took me on as a client if there was an insurance issue. I was at a very low point in my life and barefly functioning. Horrible experience. Incredibly condescending and lacks empathy. Ultimately I just stopped going and she never followed up.

I saw Ginger consistently for about a year for EMDR therapy. She wasn’t consistent with the therapy I needed. Instead she preferred talk therapy when the EMDR was far more helpful. I constantly came to ALL my appointments (appts) I came down with Covid19. I had to cancel 2 appts. I did so in writing via text. I missed ONE appointment without calling; I was physically unable. I was so sick, I couldn’t get out of bed. I was sleeping 16-22 hours a day. I was passing out when I stood up. I had a constant fever. I haven’t been that sick since I had double pneumonia. Her response to that ONE missing appts was to cancel all my future appts and put me on her wait list. She cancelled multiple appts last minute with me. There were a myriad of excuses. I was always polite and understanding. She no showed on our last appt. This is a petty woman who care more about money than patients. She has no compassion. You are just a another dollar. Her staff follows her example.

Condescending and lack of compassion. Front desk didn't return calls.
