Excellent patient care
I have been suffering with chronic insomnia for years. Made an appt at the WakeMed sleep center and was seen by Gina. I just can't say enough kind things about her. She is very kind, empathetic and professional. She is very knowledgeable of the field of insomnia and provided me so many useful tips that I had never thought about. Just seeing her and being able to talk to someone who can totally relate to the effects of insomnia on an individual's psyche was so helpful. The appt itself was therapeutic. She presented several options/therapies many of which I am going to follow. I felt reassured that I'm not the only one suffering with this and that there are indeed options out there to help.

Raleigh Neurology today was very crowded. It is run like an assembly line. I overheard this PA saying 'Not Nice' things about me over the phone a couple of years ago. She is a Diva and as her patient, it was clear that I was a number only. Up front staff was very helpful. I'm new on Medicare, so I have zero expectations that it will get any better.
