Not so good. Pushed into ecploring issues wasn't ready for leading to another suicide attempt and the probable collapse of my marriage.

I was a patient with Gina In multiple offices. I left with an arsenal of tools to combat depression, anxiety, and anger. Gina has a gentle and non judgmental approach to therapy and teaches traditional coping habits as well as “real life” behavioral changes. She has a strong focus on art therapy, but you are not forced to use art in her office if that’s isn’t what you are feeling that day. I would definitely see her in the future if the need arises again!
