Lepel has a genuinely large heart. No matter how busy his day is or how far behind schedule he might be- he still takes the time to listen to every detail

Been having a lot of medical problems lately. Explained what was going on and probably one of the first doctors I've ever seen that he actually went through a thorough exam of every problem I was having. Went the extra mile!

I saw Bert on the 23rd of January for a checkup and thorough physical exam which was scheduled for Noon. When the nurse left me in the exam room she stated that Lepel would be in shortly! I sat in the exam room for almost an hour without anyone returning to explain why Lepel would be late coming in to see me. Lepels exam lasted about thirty to forty minutes at which time he stated he had to hurry and finish as he had a meeting to go to. He left the room without explaining anything! !

PA Lepel is proficient and professional in his healthcare practice. I am a reluctant patient, I felt at ease and confident in PA Lepel's treatment. He provides the care and empathy you would expect from your primary care provider. He most definitely is an asset to a community.

Bert Lepel and his staff are the best! They are extremely professional and knowledgeable. I fell and fractured my leg and the local E.R. took x-rays and sent me home saying no breaks, take Tylenol. A few days later I saw Bert Lepel and showed him the x-ray documents, he did an exam and I was scheduled for surgery 2 days later for the fractures in my leg. He was very patient , thorough and went beyond what any other physician has done for me in the past. I am very sorry to see the clinic close.

Bert did a wonderful job for me. He went above and beyond in the care I received. I have also heard wonderful things from other patients he served. He cares for each patient as a person and not a number. His ethics both as a health care provider and outside of his job have stood out to me over the years. I am very sad to hear he is leaving his local practice....wherever he finds himself working next will be lucky to have him.

Very helpful and concerned. Very thorough. Staff was all good and helpful including getting in for urgent appointment. Gilbert takes time to address all problems and questions. Sorry they are closing office.
