Dr. Whiteside took the time to not only make sure I understood my hearing loss but went above and beyond in helping me find the right fit and tuning for a hearing aid. He also took the time to discuss some of the psychological stresses that may arise as I adapt to treatment which I truly appreciate.

Dr. Gerald Whiteside is a GREAT audiologist! I appreciate his honesty when asking specific questions regarding hearing aids. He wears hearing aids himself so he can tell clients what he has found works best for him and why he selected the brand he wears. I've been going to Dr. Whiteside for many years now. Thank you Dr. Whiteside for your insight and personal approach to those of us who use your services. I highly recommend Dr. Whiteside if you're looking for someone who is honest, professional, patient and knowledgeable about hearing aids (and their benefits; pros and cons). Keep up the great work Dr. Whiteside!

Having worked in manufacturing positions for the pas 32 years I knew my hearing was impacted. The entire staff were friendly and made me feel relaxed. The Audiologist was very nice and thorough. He explained what was going on with my ears and at no time did he or any of the staff try to push me to buy my hearing aids. This clinic is the best thank you for your help!!
