Knew exactly what exercises to do to ease the pain and tension in the areas most affected by the tears in my shoulder. Thank goodness for my second opinion surgeon and for Dr. Jerry's excellent PT plan that strengthened my muscle that the tears were in and helped me get back so much of my range of motion in my shoulder.
