More or less okay ...
Waited two months for this "visit" to get a new CPAP machine to replace my unit that is on the Philips Recall List and spewing fumes. But I'm told to use it our die. Their "televisit" software didn't work. I could see him, he not me. Same system on my end used for hundreds of Zoom calls. So, that starting things off, not so good. Finishing up, Dr. R said I'd be getting a call from a DME within a week. It's been two weeks. I'm still stuck with the recalled CPAP. Called the office yesterday, an they said they'd "look into it". So far, not a very satisfactory encounter.
