He is the best chiropractor I have ever gone to knowledgeable, friendly, does whatever he can to help you I have chiropractors within 2 minutes from me but I will make the extra half hour drive to see him

Foundation Chiropractic, more specifically Dr. Guarino, definitely helped me with my balance and walking issues. I've recently gone back for more adjustments. I have a regular chiropractor, but don't like anyone else messing with my neck! He has a gift!

Dr. G is very knowledgeable and professional. His expertise and ability to quickly fix lingering issues has led me to refer several friends and co-workers!

I did their metabolic and VO2 max test and can say that it has been really great information. I used myfitness pal and after having my second child just could not lose the weight. The app was saying I should be eating 1300 calories per day, but my metabolic test result showed I actually needed to be eating at least 1700 calories. I was skeptical that eating more would help me lose weight, but three weeks later I finally am down another 4lbs and believe I have found the answer.

Christine's hands are golden. She provided me a massage this morning which changed my whole day. I felt lighter, stronger and more flexible. Christine found and relieved tense muscles I didn't realize were a problem. I was able to walk up steps without pain...immediately! My appointment was for 45 minutes plus 10 minutes free for first timers. I asked Christine to continue for an extra half hour, and I am so glad I did. She was able to relieve the tightness which I was unaware of in my left leg. I wasn't aware of how badly I felt walking in to Foundation Chiropractic until I walked out feeling 10 years younger. Two of my friends kept telling me to try this office and their different approach out. After a few visits I’m grateful they pushed me to come in and get really lasting relief that doesn’t take a visit every week.

When I went to chiropractors before it would take 2/3 visits a week for months to get relief. I recently moved here and tried out Dr. Guarino, and have to say that I'm feeling much less pain and more function after just a few visits. I would highly reccomend trying his method!

I was dealing with headaches and neck pain for so long and after just a few visits, they are completely gone. I was always worried about getting my neck cracked but they use gentle techniques here that get results and don't involve any twisiting or popping.
