Horrible provider. Rude and arrogant. Supposed to see her at 10:30am. Got there at 10:34am due to road closure and was told by the receptionist she had left for the day because I was late! No prior notice and no courtesy wait or call like other providers. Would NOT recommend her at all.

Would not recommend. Don't be fooled. First visit is great. But don't expect that level for the rest of your visits. Would not recommend my family to go here. If you ever have an urgency about an issue that you just discussed, forget about getting through to anyone timely. TERRIBLE provider to patient communication it is a common trouble that isn't being fixed. I.E. If you want to know your labs, do not expect a phone call even though they say they will. NP is the first provider where I actually felt vulnerable and not safe with the care given and it has set a tone of feeling scared now for future potential providers. This really does not seem to be her calling in life . Sadly, I would not be surprised if patients ultimately left due to feeling unimportant and pushed aside and also rudely spoken to by staff.

Gennelle is amazing, she listens to her patients. She does not push you through, like on to the next. You do not find that anymore. Highly recommend her. Her assistant Brina is a warm an companionate person too. They make a good team. I wish them both the best in there journeys of life.

Gennelle was my primary care doctor for many years and I was pretty upset when I came into my appointment and found out she was no longer at that location. I was able to locate her to where she is practicing now and I’m definitely going to follow her anywhere she goes.

She is more than a Nurse Practitioner, she is an absolute doctor. She is warm and inviting has a great social benefit about her. Listening and advising his definetly her specialty. I would travel wherever she practices. I feel comfortable and welcomed in her new office.

Gennelle was very efficient and caring about me, I always sought her out when scheduling my appointments. It always amazed me that she could remember so much about me personally even if I hadn't been in for months. She took the time to listen and gave excellent care. Since she is no longer at the office I have been a patient at, I am going to change networks so that I can continue to see her. We need many more like her.

One of the best healthcare providers my husband and myself have ever had. Spends the time to listen and actually hear our issues and ultimately treat us. I rarely leave her office without having learned something. Highly recommend.
