One star because the doctor and nurse was nice but that's where the positive ends. Not only could they not spell my daughters name right and therefore try and tell us we didn't have valid insurance (was corrected and insurance was covered) but then their referral called to make a specialist appointment for my son (it's a DAUGHTER) for physical therapy (it was for a hearing test) and then charged us for a hearing test they did not do. Makes me wonder if her immunizations were given accurately?
