I take my elderly father to see Gay. She is kind and respectful of my dad. He is developing dementia and she's been very thorough in checking into and evaluating his condition--and MUCH more conscientious (and medically with-it) than the MD he used to see. She's a good listener and makes herself available to discuss his issues outside his appointment. I'm amazed at the amount of time she spends with him at each visit. I have a background in health care and truly appreciate her professionalism.
