Gay Parker, ARNP

Gay Parker has been my primary care physician for years. I am not a simple patient - by which I mean I have multiple chronic health conditions. I have specialists to see to each of these, but Gay is the only one dealing with ME, not my disease processes. She has to keep track of all of them, how they interact, the meds and the interaction and I am constantly amazed at the breadth of her knowledge. In this same way, she does the best job of interpreting and explaining lab results of any medical practitioner I've ever seen. I have no doubt her care is prolonging and improving my life

Dr. Parker is thorough. She does bloodwork on regular basis and explained everything about the bloodwork. Dr. Parker does not rush the office visit, she listens to what I have to say then does what needs to be done. I would recommend her highly.

My family members used Gay Parker and always spoke highly of her and in fact, had recommended her to me and many other people. But after hearing about how rudely my 79 year old mother was treated today we will never recommend her to anyone and I will personally not use her now even though at one point I had tried!! After having made several calls to her office this week and last with no returned call she attempted to reach Gay again today and was treated so rudely that she was in tears. My mother is the sweetest person anyone could ever meet and not her or anyone else deserves to be treated with such disrespect! If its up to me she will no longer be her primary care giver which clearly doesn't seem to matter to this person or her staff! My mother is in severe pain and very rudely was told to go to the ER if she's in pain.....well FYI.....she has been to the ER! They advised her to go to her primary care giver for further recommendations as to what she needs to do. Jerks!

She listens!! She doesn’t rush you. If you need to call her she calls back in a very reasonable time. She researches things. Advises on diet as well as medications. Her entire staff is wonderful!
