I had a really disappointing experience with a nurse practitioner who provided me with awful care. She seemed very ignorant and didn't know what she was talking about. I left feeling like my concerns were completely dismissed, and I didn't receive any help or guidance. It was frustrating and disheartening, and I wouldn't recommend her to anyone looking for proper care.

My Dr had left Sutter so when I needed an appointment I was seen by Dr Medrano. She was very friendly and warm. She took the time to listen and address my concerns. You can tell she is a nice person and enjoys what she does. I'm so grateful to find her!!
