Was very rude and strange. Stated he did full work up however he never got out of chair. Filed complaint. Patient advocate stated that he gets complaints all the time but it’s Just his personality. So that was my resolution. THANKFULLY was able to fire him and get on Different program.

Prescribed an anti-epileptic for lower back pain. Head was somewhere else during our appointment, wasn't listening to my key concerns.
