I have also encountered the front desk, they are extremely rude and unprofessional. The male I spoke with couldn't have been a better example for horrible customer service. Dr Reid is going to lose a lot of business and life long patients based on the face of the business.

Dr. Reid is wonderful! Great listener and bedside manner. He did what no other chiropractor has done in all my years of seeing chiropractors he fixed my problem. Front office and staff are friendly and respectful. I was able to get an appointment the same day. Excellent would recommend to all my friends and family. A+

I was very pleased with the care I received from Dr Reid. His front office staff however I find very rude and disrespectful.
