The care given to me by G. Pugh PA was excellent. He explained everything about the procedure before during and after. By the way he gives a very good injection. He also took the time to explain some things on my MRI.witch I asked him to. I really appreciate his kindness in doing so.

GM was the 1st provider who actually took the time to show me xrays/mri and explain what the issue truly was. He did much better than the 2 doctors I saw previously at another practice

The PA that saw me was the clinician that had agreed to work me in. He reassured me that I had done the right thing by insisting to be seen. I thanked him. He reviewed the x-rays with me and did the exam. Then explained his findings and offered a treatment plan. I really appreciated his kindness, competence, and explanations.
