Finally, a good counselor
Garrett is professional, kind, incredibly knowledgeable, but also respects you enough to push you to progress (at a pace he knows you can handle). After not dealing with my trauma for so long, I'm floored at how much he has already helped. I wish I had found him sooner. I don't trust people easily and have tried multiple counselors, but he is the only one who, from early on, identified exactly what I needed. He gets behind his clients 100%. Highly recommend him to anyone suffering from trauma.

Garrett was good at helping me with my personal trauma, but his advice for my marriage and my family was not good. He suggested a lot of articles and podcasts that didn't address my family's problems and really distorted my idea of what my husband and family were experiencing. Not great for a family trying to heal together!

Garrett is an exceptional human and a wonderful therapist. I learn so much from every session, about myself, about my relationships, and about improving. Garrett really invests in his patients, he is empathetic but also has the ability to challenge opinions. Garrett has helped me develop tools that are allowing me to thrive in my life; every session is such a valuable way to spend my time.
