I saw Dr Arizala on 3.16.2017 and he referred me to Retinal Consultants of Nevada for my left eye.
I go for annual eye exams and was so happy he detected a major problem with my eye. I had developed a Macular Pucker which required eye surgery. Thank you Dr. Arizala for your professionalism and expertise which helped to save my eyesight!

I've seen Dr. Arizala many times but most recently I saw him in October but had to go back 6 months later because the prescription he wrote wasn't working for me. Spent money on another exam and had it adjusted. Contacts are great but when I tried to reorder, he says I have to come back for yet another exam. I've only been using this new prescription for 5 months. What a ripoff racket! I simply don't have time for this game. Will be seeing a new doctor!
