Gail is extremely knowledgable but is fairly low key, which I think is great. She doesn't push you in one direction or another, but provides priceless insight. Her ideas and techniques seem very tailored to me as an individual. She's attuned to your style of communicating and nuances in your relationship with other. Gail has made a huge difference in my life and over the years, has created an inner voice in me that is much kinder and gentler than what was there before.
