I had the pleasure of meeting Gail at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center Emergency Dept. after an unfortunate ‘mishap’ that left a small laceration in my forehead. She was professional, friendly, and pleasant to talk to - while she stitched up my head. She also did a very good job. Hopefully I will have no need to visit the ED again; but if I do, I hope that she will be On-Duty - so that she can take care of me again.
